The Business HR Support Generalist will have an opportunity to learn and contribute towards a variety of aspects of HR work and transform how HR services are provided to customers through driving innovation, simplification, and scalability of repeatable processes, such as performance management. This role will work amongst a team of motivated and committed business and process subject matter experts to help drive the transformational efforts of the HR operating model and provide a superior customer experience for the enterprise. The Business HR Support (BHRS) Capability works to advance the global HR operating model by leveraging people, process, technology, and support capabilities to enable Business HR to focus on strategy and to cultivate Principle Based Management (PBM) within their business. This team is a part of the Global Transformation and Enablement organization in Koch Capabilities (KCC). What You Will Do Support supervisors as they manage their direct reports performance, including reviewing documentation, coaching on feedback delivery, and advising on risk mitigation strategies. This role will work with supervisors of US employees across multiple Koch companies. Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted partner for Business HR and supervisors on day-to-day HR support including, but not limited to, Performance Management, FLSA changes, termination process, etc. Responsible and accountable for maintaining confidential and sensitive information by elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensure actions and behaviors are aligned with Koch's virtues and values. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as a team. Drive transformation through innovative ideas to improve or resolve HR processes or issues. Foster strong collaboration and partnership with customers, team members, partners, and other essential stakeholders to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships. Utilize the Microsoft Office suite to collaborate, create impactful presentations, manipulate and develop spreadsheets, and craft effective communications. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience working as an HR business partner (i.e. HR Generalist, HR Manager, etc.) Ability to collaborate across teams and varying levels in the organization, building relationships, and executing results. Experience coaching direct reports, team members, or peers. Experience in a fast-paced work environment in which you had to manage multiple, often competing, priorities. Experience building collaborative relationships. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as a team. Experience researching, troubleshooting, and resolving consumer issues. Experience using Microsoft office suite of products to collaborate, create presentations, develop, and manipulate spreadsheets and develop communications. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a business-related role (HR, accounting, finance, IT, credit, risk, sales, marketing, supply chain/logistics, engineering, etc.). Progressive Human Resources experience including knowledge in HR practices, end to end performance management support, and state/federal labor laws. Experience working with a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform (Infor, SAP, etc.) and/or Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc.). Experience working with automation tools including Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power Apps, Alteryx, Automation Anywhere, etc. Bi-lingual
