Position Summary: Concorde is searching for a dynamic HR leader to join our team as a Regional HRBP. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business objectives with our employees' growth and development. As a consultant to our Campus Presidents and campus leadership, you will champion our employees, drive positive change, and anticipate HR-related needs. Your Role and Responsibilities: • Partner with regional leadership to implement HR best practices and provide proactive support for HR programs and approaches.
• Manage ongoing HR processes and programs, including performance management, orientation, development planning, salary administration, and benefits.
• Train campus leadership and staff on relevant HR topics.
• Mitigate risk to the organization and associates.
• Consult with campus management, providing HR guidance and policy interpretation when needed.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and change management support.
• Investigate and respond to discrimination charges.
• Assist with employee and career development processes.
• Stay current on employment law and educate leadership on implications.
• Visit campuses as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Sciences, or a related field required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Student Affairs, Student Services, Graduate Employment/Career Services, or Education management.
What We Offer: Salary range is $80,000-$100,000/year depending on experience. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Ins/ Company paid STD & LTD Ins
