CTI is seeking a talented and motivated Geospatial Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst at CTI, you will work closely with other analysts and intelligence professionals to analyze geospatial data, generate actionable intelligence, and provide critical support to military, intelligence, and first responder communities. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting geospatial information from a variety of sources including aerial imagery, satellite imagery, and geographic information systems (GIS).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with a diverse team of intelligence analysts to meet deliverables, requirements, and intelligence production related to GEOINT.
Exploit and analyze data collected with remote sensing technologies to develop and maintain Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE), aid in target development and enhance and refine reporting on adversary Operational Readiness & Disposition (OR&D).
Fuse multi-discipline intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial analysis.
Understand and utilize the most advanced GEOINT techniques and tools to optimize understanding of critical target sets.
Understand the GEOINT Production, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) process in order to make recommendations that shorten PED timelines and allow for optimal collection and resource allocation
This position requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Necessary Experience and Skills
Minimum 10 years of relevant GEOINT experience in a military, civilian, and/or SETA role.
Demonstrated expertise and technical proficiency in the use of Electronic Light Table (ELT), Motion Imagery (MI) processing and exploitation tools, and Geographic Information System (GIS) applications to support analytic efforts and product development.
Experience in research and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Must have an active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
Must be willing and be able to pass a Counterintelligence Scope - CI Polygraph.
Beneficial Experience and Skills
Experience working with CAP and SAP capabilities and with new and emerging GEOINT tools
Familiarity with ABII and Joint Fires Network (JFN) program objectives.
Regional expertise of the political, economic, cultural, and security dynamics within the INDOPACOM AOR.
