onsite role only- 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Strategy Drive the development of label and Packaging solutions, with goal toward standardization, sustainability, and cost effectiveness to reduce the number and complexity of E&I labels. Propose label & packaging strategy and serve as advisor for new labels/packaging and major label/packaging modifications. Create and own a governance process for evaluating label change requests, which evaluates complexity vs. value of requests. Run-the-Business Tactical Support Communicate SAP label changes and share best practices across Business Units and Central support as required. Review and disseminate regulatory requirements for finished product labeling projects. Manage and prioritize SAP labeling enhancements as they arise from business users. Serve as the primary E&I business contact with corporate label management IT resources. Understand data sources for the label template to support label updates. Answer questions from the business on label format such as font size, layout, language, etc. Create relationships with Labeling Key Users. Act as Label Key User for 3rd Party Warehouses. nderstand, for EMEA, 3rd Party sites printing from ECC/P80 (e.g., SSPI), 3rd Party sites printing from hDow Templates (e.g., MERCKClient) and nonstandard printers (e.g., Moerdijk). Continuous Improvement Validate labeling capabilities as they apply to customer requests and changes to business (new product introduction, product changes, logo updates etc.). Assist in Artwork and Branding changes at Business Unit and Enterprise levels. Participate in integration testing/regression testing. Support, or as time allows serve as Project Manager, for label projects including the management of label development, testing, and implementation. Makes connections between related projects, tools, and processes. Accurately frames the risks and impacts of various solutions and able to communicate them clearly to leadership with a recommendation based on informed assessment. Strategic thinker Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related technical field. Chemical industry experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on business or operational expertise in an SAP environment. For example, SAP EHS/ GLM+. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language. Computer proficiency, Office 365, PowerPoint/Word/Excel, Microsoft Teams OL, etc. Artwork expertise Adobe Illustrator & PDF Writer, MS Publisher. Must be able to work flexible working hours. Key Experiences: Worked with diverse team members and business partners in different geographical locations. Good working knowledge of manufacturing business operations. Experience working in a customer-focused, market-facing business environment. Experience with labeling requirements and systems. Performed problem solving support work. Global Project management Overview: The Client Global Label and Packaging Specialist role exists to help ensure E&I meets local and international regulations regarding product labelling, supporting local and international shipments of E&I products to other E&I locations, warehouses, and customers.
Also, while in Client additionally exist to the standard customized labels in the ERP and Outside. Outside mean at Agencies (Suppliers) or Contract Manufacturers, where Label Stocks generated or fully developed and run labels.
Non-compliant product labelling could have an impact on timely delivery of our products and may result in DuPont being subject to fines, confiscation of materials, additional audits/inspections, and potential loss of import licenses and/or manufacturing licenses for the respective products.
This individual is recognized as the subject matter expert who understands the business and corporate strategy and helps to ensure the strategy/plan meets or exceeds the local and international compliance requirements for product labelling and packaging in their region.
Client Global Label and Packaging Specialist also responsible to supports with expertise in Halal, Kosher and NSF to the Client business, and support with label support to other former hDC – hDOW businesses Healthcare (Livio), Multibase and Adhesive.
