Role and Responsibilities Responsible for the transition management and service delivery process for the country responsible for in the cluster and across GBO locations and manage and ensure global SLA performance is delivered. Responsible for the planning and delivery of transition of business services to GBO partner hubs Will be the owner of project plans and responsible for customer satisfaction from both group and country organizations to ensure that the transition service provided by the GBO delivers real value and benefits to stakeholders within the planned timelines Ensure globally common operations management templates, tools and infrastructure are followed for services for the area of responsibility to drive consistent communication and handling of business partners. Support the deployment of the global transition management framework for the GBO and ensure its consistent application, Develops with the external partners and Group Functions clear plans and strategies on transition management and implements these strategies into operational delivery and day to day workings Ensure creation detailed project plan on GBO related deliveries and ensure that all needed activities are done Support transition manager in managing scope, approach, delivery, follow up progress and periodic status reports Ensuring that the Transition is executed according to the Plan and necessary preparations are completed incl. quality/ timing review Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting / Business Administration/ Finance / Economics or related field. 7-10 years with increased responsibility in the service industry within the areas of responsibility finance and sourcing operations Deep Knowledge of a MS Project, Visio, SAP and other relevant tools Strong knowledge of set ups and operations of shared services within a multinational organization Solid practical experience in leading procurement processes projects and improvements focused on introducing new ways of working and delivering tangible measurable value. Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask. Proven skills in managing the service delivery Solid knowledge of Transition Management process and methodology along and Finance, Procurement and P&C processes and operations Experience in leading operation excellence and continuous improvement together with business partners and vendors Ability to manage different stakeholders and effectively communicate on various levels in the organization Ability to recognize external trends and bring them internally to contribute to service growth Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships All offers are contingent on a successful background check.
