Government Operations Consultant Iii

This position works as a Data and Finance Specialist within the Division of Community Development, Office of Long-Term Resiliency (OLTR) Rebuild Florida.   Responsibilities  Review agreements in an efficient and effective manner to ensure all information is reported on and tracked correctly across systems.  Research federal and state regulations and incorporate references. Manage and improve existing reporting systems and data collection processes, and coordinate information requirements with appropriate staff. Maintain and reconcile data across multiple databases. Analyze past and current financial performance data and prepare reports and projections based on analyses. Provide guidance on financial reporting to program staff, and executive leadership. Assist the department purchasing staff as needed in the preparation of formal and informal solicitations.  Qualifications Ability to demonstrate flexibility and accountability. Strong understanding of finance and analytics Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks. Rate of Pay: $49,584.67 Annually
