Responsibilities Define and execute growth strategies for generative AI products to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for product improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements and marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth. Gather qualitative and quantitative user feedback to inform product development and iteration. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies. Communicate product vision, performance, and growth opportunities effectively to stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in generative AI technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on growth, preferably in AI or technology-focused companies. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies that have driven product engagement and revenue. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for product development (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Passion for technology and a solid understanding of generative AI trends and applications.
