As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Business Operations Manager to drive the performance of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) teams while establishing a foundation for scalable growth. You will serve as the subject matter expert on Go-To-Market (GTM) data analytics, shaping the strategic direction of GTM initiatives, designing and implementing operational metrics, and executing key Business Operations tasks. In this pivotal role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Business Operations.

Own GTM data analytics to drive strategy and operations, from design and planning to insights and reporting.Lead the annual operating planning process and manage the year-round plan to align with company vision and goals.Define and standardize metrics for GTM functions, working with BI, IT, and Sales Finance to build and support reporting and dashboards.Develop business reporting for strategic analysis and internal reviews.
