Responsibilities
• Performing a variety of hair services including design, haircuts, color, texture, treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing• Building strong relationships with guests and providing professional product recommendations• Meeting or exceeding sales and productivity goals• Attending mandatory education events and workshops• Assisting with store duties and adhering to salon standards• Attending monthly business development meetings• Demonstrating personal style while following dress code
Requirements
• Must be 18+ years old with a Cosmetology and/or Barber license• Proficiency in latest salon techniques and equipment• Strong customer relationship, listening, and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
