THE ROLE As Director, Data & Analytics, youll serve as a player-coach, working both hands-on keys with the team and strategically with leaders across the business. You can expect to be doing the following...
Dashboarding/reporting & predictive modeling; ensure quality data, highlight & deepen the understanding of the businessEnd-to-end analytics; with the support of the team, deliver analysis across marketing, LTV, loyalty, operations, merchandising/planning/production, etc.Data-driven strategy; develop analytics roadmaps with emphasis on insights to drive growthChampioning a data-driven culture; empowering self-service dashboarding & overall data-driven decision makingLead the team; lead a team of Data Analysts, work with Data EngineersWork with leaders across the business with the goal of increasing customer acquisition & driving revenue YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES 8+ years of experience in data analytics/data science, preferably in a DTC business, 2+ years of people managementBachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.), advanced degree a plusExpertise in SQL, Python/R, and a data visualization tool, Looker a plusExcellent communicator across a wide variety of technical & non-technical stakeholdersCreative thinker with experience in a fast-paced startup environment
