About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our global business development team and drive the growth of our organization in permitted jurisdictions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, people management, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.
What You'll Be Doing Work closely with other departments of the company to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate local crypto regulations in various countries.Manage teams for identifying and developing major accounts in permitted jurisdictions, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients, driving account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized engagement, and developing and maintaining global partnerships.Collaborate with the product team to enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market demands, ensuring product alignment with business goals and customer needs.Lead and inspire a global business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, while setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and driving team performance to achieve ambitious targets.What We Look For In You In-depth knowledge of local crypto regulations in key markets.Strong background in developing and managing major accounts in key regions.Extensive experience in building partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.Demonstrated ability to work closely with product teams to enhance and develop market-relevant products.Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and growing high-performing global teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for business development.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Join us as the Head of Business Development and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $315,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
