Regional Director of Business Development .
The
Regional Director of Business Development
will be responsible for achieving and surpassing census growth goals for the assigned Central Iowa region. This position is a critical member of the Business Development team working with service providers and community leaders to identify volume growth opportunities, understand competitive dynamics, and create strategies that will exceed established goals.
Key responsibilities of the Regional Director of Business Development:
Cultivates win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive patient volume within assigned facilities.
Develop sales strategy in alignment with region priorities and business sales strategies to achieve referral growth targets in Eastern Iowa region.
Grow sales and market strategies to drive growth in referrals and build pipelines.
Acts as a brand ambassador and community liaison to build reputation and connection with the communities we serve.
Utilize CRM to actively track and analyze sales leads and customer interactions to enhance business relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or related field or equivalent marketing/sales experience.
Demonstrated history of success in a Community/Business Development Liaison or similar role within healthcare or senior services field.
Marketing/sales expertise preferred, with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
Experience in making presentations and public speaking.
Experience in crafting proposals to garner business and/or solidify relationships.
Valid driver's license.
