Job DescriptionAs Head of Operations, you'll literally transform and save lives by leading an elite organization of nearly 200 (and growing) across business operations, psychiatrists, psychedelic guides, and customer support. 
Responsibilities• Care Efficiency: Reduce care costs across our clinical, guide, support, and fulfillment teams with a strong focus on emerging AI tools and homegrown software
• Care Quality: Improve quality of clinical and coaching care, customer support, and time to value delivered to clients
• Expansion: Operationalize new clinical protocols and healthcare products to increase CLTV and increase patient access to life-changing therapies
About you• Machine Builder: Designs scalable and automated solutions from first principles with KPIs to monitor success
• Margin Maximizer: Track record of increasing efficiency and decreasing cost without sacrificing quality; expert negotiator (internally and externally)
• First Principles Thinker: Questions assumptions and analyzes problems from the ground up; challenges conventional wisdom to optimize client outcomes and experiences
• Analytic Horsepower: Aptitude for crunching and synthesizing large data sets to drive business decisions; thinks a few layers deeper than average
• Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
Requirements5+ years managing a large workforce. Preferably with remote employees.
