About the Role Nayya is looking for a highly strategic and entrepreneurial professional to lead our Digital & HR Tech Partnerships.
The Head of Product Partnerships will be responsible for creating and leading high-impact relationships with senior leadership at our HR Tech and Health Solution partners.
This role will be responsible for creating the playbook for growing, retaining and expanding our Digital and HR Tech partners.
They will understand our partners' organization, structure, objectives and concerns in order to ensure that they are able to align Nayya services to best meet the needs of the partner.


Objectives and Responsibilities Head of Strategic Partnerships - Digital Partnerships will be responsible for creating and managing high-impact end-to-end relationships with our partners.
Develop trust and embrace an enterprising mindset, serving as both an advisor and a collaborator to ensure the best outcomes for all parties involved.
Manage and grow the relationship between Nayya and Partner leadership.
Design and implement a consistent operating model across all of our partner types.
Develop the playbook to monetize, retain and grow our partners.
Collaborate with Nayya teams to develop and execute on strategic plans and ensure KPIs are met.
Understand our partners' structure, objectives and concerns in order to align Nayya services to best meet their needs.
Demonstrate Nayya value to partners and successfully renew and grow the relationship through produce expansion (cross-sell and up-sell) Required Skills and Qualifications This role requires a deep understanding of the HR Tech industry, group/health benefits, and the broader insurance ecosystem (including producer/consultants and carriers) Ability to see the "big picture" and think long-term about partnership opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation - both in person and virtual Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 12 years of account management/business development/consulting experience in the HR Tech industry Inspiring people leader who can set clear goals, and manage effectively Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $154,000-$180,000.
We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of the geographic region of our New York office.
Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
