UP.Labs is seeking a proven hands on Head of Product Management with a track record of scaling product teams in 0>1 environments to lead an innovative AI-powered performance management solution aimed at revolutionizing B2C sales.
The Company has begun generating revenue with a growing customer base and robust support from the Up.Partners ecosystem.
We will scaling rapidly in 2025, and we're looking for visionary leaders to join our founding team and help drive our mission to enhance human performance in the B2C sales industry.
We are searching for a dynamic Head of Product with deep experience in retail technology, intelligent sales enablement platforms, and leveraging AI.
This individual will lead our product strategy, focusing on machine learning-driven solutions, large language models (LLMs), and AI technologies to create high-impact sales tools.
The Head of Product will shape our product vision and execution, ensuring that AI-powered innovations are seamlessly integrated into retail systems and designed with an intuitive user interface.
You'll also have access to the UP.ecosystem and an expansive team across product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, talent, finance, and venture capital available to help advise & scale the portfolio organization quickly
Key Responsibilities Product Leadership: Define and execute the product vision, leveraging AI and retail technology expertise to shape our product strategy.
Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing product team with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.
AI Integration: Oversee the integration of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and AI technologies to drive intelligent sales predictions and performance management solutions.
Retail Technology Expertise: Build solutions tailored for the retail industry, leveraging your deep understanding of retail systems, data integrations, and sales enablement.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and finance, driving adoption across multiple markets.
User-Centric Design: Lead the development of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are intuitive, data-driven, and impactful for B2C sales professionals.
P&L Oversight: Manage the product budget and define essential KPIs, driving growth and profitability while aligning product efforts with company goals.
Customer-Centric Innovation: Work closely with corporate partners and customers to refine and iterate on product offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and a seamless user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and data teams to ensure the smooth integration of AI and machine learning technologies into the retail and sales enablement ecosystem.
Key Qualifications Extensive experience leading product teams in retail technology, sales enablement, or similar fields, particularly in B2C or enterprise SaaS environments.
Proven ability to leverage machine learning, large language models, and AI technologies as part of the product development lifecycle.
Expertise in building digital products with a focus on retail system data integrations, with a deep understanding of retail operations and B2C sales.
Hands-on experience with product and user interface design, with a focus on creating seamless, intuitive, and high-impact user experiences.
Strong knowledge of agile product development (scrum, roadmaps, milestones) and deployment processes (multi-environment, automated testing).
Experience managing go-to-market initiatives, working directly with B2B and B2C customers, and launching sticky consumer apps.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a collaborative and low-ego approach, and a strong ability to mentor and build high-performance teams.
High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
Bonus Skills Passion for behavioral science and experience integrating human performance principles into product design.
Expertise in pre-product development, engaging directly with customers to iterate on early-stage product ideas.
A background in creating data-driven products with a focus on enhancing retail or sales performance.
