This role is based in San Francisco. OVERVIEW Our Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and maintain operational excellence. We have four go to market (GTM) teams: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. The role of your team is to partner with all four functions to accelerate revenue growth through operational alignment and strength, data and insights coming from a well run set of systems, and refining our strategy as we enter this next phase of growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic planning to accelerate growth: Support goal-setting for GTM leadership, helping to determine the inputs and outputs needed for our next phases of growth. Use those to drive comprehensive evaluation of GTM performance and drive continual learning and improvement.
Build a team: Independently handle complex tasks and complex projects while also managing and mentoring a small team.
Act as a collaborative business partner to the GTM leaders. Over time, build a team of embedded business partners to support each individual function.
Administer and operate our GTM technology stack. We have dozens of software solutions and systems, and one member of your team will be tasked with day-to-day administration of those. We need you to drive a vision for our GTM technology architecture, including design, data integrity, and integrations.
Be responsible for marketing operations, including tracking and analyzing campaign metrics, implementing campaigns, driving new ways of measurement to improve and optimize marketing programs. This work ranges from nitty gritty data troubleshooting of web analytics to supporting higher level decisioning. Help us figure out what's working in the marketing world where data is never complete.
Own sales services and operations: Partner with sales leadership on end-to-end sales services and planning process. This work ranges from establishing and tracking key sales KPIs (ie, attainment, pipeline, productivity, forecast), territory carving and planning, sales compensation and quotas, and reducing non-sales activities to make our teams productive.
Maintain customer success and partnership support. Although marketing and sales are our top GTM priorities from a Revenue Operations perspective, we expect this team to support and uplevel the operations of our CS and Partnership teams.
Partner with finance to develop our annual plan. Use your understanding of our specific marketing and sales cycles and our strategy to help deliver our company plans.
