Omegarender is just a bunch of geeks who love everything about CGI technologies and archviz. At first, our clients typically think that we are a photography studio and can't believe that all of work is created on a computer. Yes, Omegarender is the go-to studio for making photorealistic renderings that will give you an easy win in any architectural competition.
Our studio demands incredible curiosity, tough self-criticism, and a hard-work spirit. We don't get paid for the fact that we do modeling and rendering of an object without deviating from the TOR; we get paid because Omegarender knows how to make the coolest eye-catching images. At least, that's what our managers hear from Binghatti's real estate agents, Avroko's designers, and Zaha Hadid's and Gensler's architects.
Having traveled the path for several years, the original company of 3 people has evolved into 150+ employees and has gained a foothold in the American architecture and design market.
Many of our regular clients are among the world's top architectural firms: Gensler, Zaha Hadid Architects, HKS, Perkins Eastman, Perkins & Will, HOK, OBMI.

Comfort and convenience for the client;Achieving the highest levels of photorealism;Bringing even the tiniest details to perfection;Creation of scenes with an ideal and spectacular atmosphere.We are currently looking for a new member of our bd team to work in the field of architectural visualization and are considering candidates who speak Ukrainian in addition to English and are able to attend foreign conferences and offline meetings.
Responsibilities: To compile and lead a high-performing sales team that will work on markets all over the world.Create a successful sales strategy, sales processes, and sales funnel optimization.Mentor and coach a team of sales executives, participate in client calls, and run training activities.Monitoring and analysis of current business markets and continuous optimization of business processes according to market conditions.Monitor pipeline forecasting, analyze opportunities, and provide competitive insights, strategies, and tactics.Perform research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market.Independently initiate and build relationships with major clients.Establish long-term relationships with potential clients in EU/US/CA/UAI markets.Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.Work collaboratively across teams — including HR / Marketing / Legogenerators etc.Provide reports of the work results monthly.Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience in a senior sales position.Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with experience teaching them to others.Experience in building a sales team.Knowledge of EU/USA/CA/UAI markets.English at bilingual or native speaker level.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines, attention to detail.High level of leadership and teamwork skills.Will be a plus: Sales experience in outsourcing companies and B2B.Experience cooperating with architectural visualization studios, architectural studios, or IT engineering companies that sell software for architectural companies.Experience in attending conferences.We offer: A creative and open-minded team who is result-focused.24 working days of paid vacation per year, paid sick leave.Each member of our team lives, eats, and breathes the creation process.
