**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of our operating die cast machines.
This role also includes preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, as well as support to die maintenance and machine shop work areas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Repair and maintain electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of die cast machines.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on die cast machines.
+ Operate various machine shop equipment including lathes, drill presses, saws, hand tools, meters, gauges, micrometers, and computers.
+ Program PLCs for die cast machines and trim press operations.
+ Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
+ Provide support to die maintenance and machine shop work areas.
+ Communicate with supervisors and shift leaders to ensure continuity of projects, repairs, and maintenance.
+ Perform all functions in accordance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in machine maintenance, tool and die, and industrial maintenance.
+ Proficiency in hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of automation testing and die casting.
+ Familiarity with Siemens control and Siemens PLC.
+ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
