As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you'll wear many hats: sales professional, marketing expert, customer service manager, contract negotiator, and client advocate. Key Responsibilities: **Client Engagement:** Work closely with clients to identify properties that align with their needs and preferences. **Rapport Building:** Develop strong relationships with potential buyers, providing guidance throughout the home-buying process. **Marketing:** Create and distribute marketing materials to advertise your services and available properties in the community. **Local Outreach:** Promote your services to the local community to build your client base. **Negotiation:** Advocate effectively for clients during negotiations to secure favorable terms. **Communication:** Maintain timely and effective communication with active clients and follow up with those who are not currently in the process. **Post-Transaction Support:** Follow up with clients after their transactions to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. **Networking:** Expand your network and pursue referrals to build a loyal client roster. **Requirements:** **Real Estate License:** While a license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being officially hired. Assistance with the licensing process will be provided. **Skills:** Strong customer service abilities, self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and the ability to perform well under pressure. **Compensation:** **Commission-Based:** Income is generated based on the number of transactions completed.
