**Travel is within region. Very limited overnight travel for occasional training / conferences
Responsibilities Patient Generation: Visit doctor's offices, clinics, senior centers, and other referral sources in the territory to secure patient leads to generate sales for both private duty homecare and medical staffing. Establish BrightStar's Presence: Create excitement and introduce the brand and its services to the medical community and potential clients in Doral and position BrightStar Care as the premier provider of home care services. Relationship Building: Establish strong connections with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential referral partners. Marketing Strategist: Develop and execute localized marketing strategies, including community outreach events, networking, and chamber of commerce involvement. (events, sponsorships, social media, etc.) Relentless Follow-Up: Manage leads in the CRM, applying best practices to convert prospects into clients. Sales Excellence: Meet or exceed targets for both private duty and medical staffing services. Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitive threats. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline analysis, and market trends. Other duties as assigned. Requirements · Bachelor's degree preferred (marketing, business, or healthcare-related or homecare experience.)
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Someone with initiative, used to forging new paths and overcoming obstacles. Proven Outside Sales Experience: Preferably in healthcare or similar franchises to BrightStar Care. Local Market Knowledge: Candidates familiar with Doral will have an advantage. Superb Communication Skills: Ability to tailor sales pitches to diverse audiences, from doctors to families. Sales & Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated track record of lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. Goal-driven , with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines is a plus. Passion for Healthcare: Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to improve patient lives. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a passion for helping people. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus. Experience in persuasive and educational communication, both written and verbal. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Experience:- Proven experience in sales or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
