Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies to meet or exceed the company's growth objectives.Discover and assess new market opportunities, facilitating potential partnerships or acquisitions.Build and sustain relationships with crucial clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to bolster the company's standing in the marketplace.Take charge of negotiations and finalize significant contracts with potential clients to expand business operations.Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and position the company advantageously.Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to ensure business development strategies are tightly aligned with customer demands and company products.Lead, mentor, and enhance the productivity of the business development team by fostering a culture of success, innovation, and accountability.Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field is required.Proven expertise in business development or a high-level sales leadership role, particularly within a related industry.Strong capabilities in negotiation, delivering impactful presentations, and advanced communication.Demonstrable experience in crafting and executing successful business strategies.A vast network of industry contacts and a profound comprehension of market dynamics and customer needs.Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.Established professional contacts within the Miami area are desirable.Background in nursing (RN) or healthcare sector is favorable.Record of leading and scaling business development teams with measurable success in past roles.Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to scrutinize market data and research to guide business strategies and decisions.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence, engage, and motivate professionals at all levels within the organization.Expertise in client relationship management and strategic partnership building.High proficiency in contract negotiation and management.Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities seamlessly under tight deadlines.
