We are neighbors helping neighbors.What will you be doing:We have an opening for a Hospice Triage LPN or RN. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of patient calls ensuring that all customers are treated with the highest level of customer service. Provides support to Hospice Clinical Manager and clinical field staff.
