Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within our office, and contributing to a positive workplace environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling phone screenings, interviews and processing reference checks. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination. Manage company calendars to include approved time-off requests, ensuring requests are added in a timely manner for scheduling purposes. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and ordering lunch for office meetings & training events. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with Branch Managers and the Business Manager to facilitate effective communication and resolve HR-related issues. Assist with preparing biweekly payroll information, ensuring all time-off requests, reimbursements, and payroll changes are included. Skills Proven experience as a personal assistant or clerk, preferably in an administrative or HR setting. Strong front desk management skills with excellent customer service abilities and the ability to multitask. Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective calendar management skills to prioritize tasks and appointments efficiently. Experience with Google Business is a plus, but not required. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation. *This is an entry level HR position with flexible part-time hours. Training would take place in-person at our Buckhead office. There is potential for this position to grow into a full-time position in the future, should the candidate prove to be a good fit.
