What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and participate in HR configuration, automation, support, and data management
Liaise with vendors and Information Services staff to resolve programming and system issues
Implement software solutions and automate processes to modernize systems
Generate accurate reports and files in a timely manner
Provide HRIS support, training, and assistance to system users

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years of experience in HR, HRIS, Business, or Computer Science
Strong knowledge of HR software programs such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, Oracle, etc.
Experience with UKG Kronos Workforce Central and/or Dimensions preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
