Job Purpose: The Human Resource Coordinator will provide support in various human resource initiatives under the direction of the Human Resources Director.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the HR department.
They will be responsible for handling employee and management questions, handling employee onboarding, ensuring information is entered and accurate in the HRIS system, assisting with recruitment screening and administration and helping with special projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties and Responsibilities Support the new hire process as well as the onboarding process for new hiresResponsible for recruitment activities.
Work with the Director to identify selection criteria, determine area of search, advertise and pre-screen candidate's for select positions.Provides administrative support including, but not limited to, HRIS systems, maintaining job descriptions, processing paperwork and data entry related to company's programs and processes.Serves as a liaison to provide corporate payroll new hire, terminations and other status changes.Will communicate with and work closely with all levels of management and other corporate departmentsParticipates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as neededMay assist in answering benefit related questions and information, as neededSpecial projects and other duties, as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platform's (Ceridian Dayforce exp.
