The person in this role will be a member of the HR generalist team, involved in coordinating and supporting all aspects of HR. The right individual will be hardworking, eager to get involved and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. They should be able to think big-picture while at the same time enjoying getting the details right. We are looking for someone who can also challenge current processes and look at ways to improve or automate where necessary.
The HR Coordinator position provides administrative support to the HR function as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, payroll and data entry, meeting coordination, candidate and internal training scheduling).  This position acts as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations.
Your main administrative duties include supporting the HR business partners, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), processing payroll changes and updating internal databases.
About the Role Responsible for full cycle process of employee on-boarding and off-boarding Process monthly billings from insurance providers Additional duties include interview arrangement, (administrative and logistical), document management, offer preparation as well as client and candidate contact.  This role will offer someone with demonstrated administrative skills in a staffing capacity the opportunity to work with, and learn from, a large Human Resources organization with a national presence Act as a resource for payroll/HR contacts to ensure understanding and compliance with benefits and HR policies and regulations Partner with HRBP's and Hiring Manager to assist with all aspects of scheduling interviews, including but not limited to ensuring interviews are correctly scheduled, confirmed and tracked. Respond to employee questions regarding human resources policies and practices Complete Employment Verifications for current and past employees Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. In partnership with HRBP's manage annual open enrollment period. Arrange for distribution of plan summary materials and required notices, arrange for onsite representation by providers Write, revise edit and proofread company policies, procedures and related documents as needed About You  Ability to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a high-paced, changing work environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and process/project management skills Strong technology capabilities, knowledge of web-based applicant tracking systems, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal know-how and communication skills, both oral and written Must be discreet and trustworthy, strong understanding of confidentiality Positive, professional attitude and presence Responsible self-starter with excellent attention to detail Reliable, courteous and flexible team player Minimum of 1+ years related experience in staffing administrative support role Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant practical experience Ability to manage time effectively with little to no direction Welltok celebrates respects and supports diversity in the workplace.
