The Director of HR will report into the AVP of People Operations. They will oversee 4 HR Business Partners and support the creation of policies/processes that will promote an engaged workforce. This organization is in the Higher Education industry with around 2,500 employees. The HR Director will strive towards goals on engaging team members to reduce attrition, promote an inclusive culture of trust, and accountability.

Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
SHRM or PHR certification
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR
4+ years in a leadership role
Remote but must sit out of: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland (can hire - not preferred), Massachusetts, Michigan (can hire - not preferred), Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania (No hire in Philadelphia), South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin.
