The HR Manager is a critical role that supports ClaimReturn by recruiting, training, onboarding, coaching, guiding, and processing all HR activities for a call center. This position works closely with the Operations Manager to help streamline workflow, resolve people challenges, recognize / reward, and identify and resolve bottlenecks to create efficient productions. This position must be able to juggle multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Key areas of responsibility are to work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to identify staffing needs, recruit and onboard new hires, conduct training, manage timecards, coach, document, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
This is a full-time, salaried, onsite position in Dallas, Texas with standard business hours. Experienced leader, team contributor, good initiative, interpersonal skills, and sense of humor required. Ability to plan, organize, execute in a fast-paced, high pressure call center environment required. HR experience, degree plus certification preferred.
