About the Role: As an HR Officer at Materialise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are eager to contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence.


Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit for our company culture and values. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee issues promptly. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention. Performance Management: Support managers in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting and feedback. Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Policy Development and Compliance: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. Organizational Development: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing strategies that attract and retain a diverse workforce. Support initiatives that foster a culture of respect and belonging within the organization. Key Requirements: Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. A background in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
