About the Role:

As an HR Officer at Workday, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. We are looking for candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are eager to make a positive impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by coordinating performance reviews, providing guidance to managers, and assisting employees in setting and achieving their professional goals. Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture. Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Support initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected. Relevant experience in human resources or a related field is preferred. Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and strong presentation skills are essential. You should be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present information clearly and concisely.
