Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reibus International, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This position is ideal for individuals at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make a difference in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and promote Reibus International as an employer of choice.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.

Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and support their integration into the company culture.

Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Reibus International as a leading workplace in the industry.

Requirements: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the hiring process (entry-level to senior-level candidates are encouraged to apply).

Hardworking and confident personality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.

Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions and close candidates effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote work environment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.

A passion for continuous learning and adapting to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
