Responsibilities:

As an HR Officer at IT Motives, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our employees. While specific responsibilities may vary based on your level of experience, the following are general duties that you may be expected to undertake:


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit for our company culture and values. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee issues promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by providing training and resources to managers and employees. Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and career development strategies. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support employees in their personal and professional growth through mentorship and coaching. Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies that promote a fair and equitable workplace. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning. Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Personality Traits: We seek individuals who are dedicated, resourceful, and passionate about supporting others.
