Responsibilities

As an HR Officer at Grom Social Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions. While specific responsibilities may vary based on the level of the position, the following are general duties that may be expected:


Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a supportive work environment.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Policy Implementation: Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing reports to analyze trends and inform decision-making.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Support initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement efforts by organizing events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR best practices and trends, recommending improvements to HR processes and systems.
Requirements

Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
