Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. This position is suitable for individuals at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives to promote Rescue Agency as an employer of choice. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our organization and attract potential candidates. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn. Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid remote work environment.
