Review candidates' federal background investigation forms for completion and accuracyManage high volume of forms for active candidates within the client's recruiting processMaintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for high volume of candidates and employeesHandle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)Document and escalate issues within the background investigation documentation process to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metricsRetrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and/or preparing reports or briefings

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints

Exceptional attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote teamMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this roleBachelor's degree and 3 years of work experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, customer service, workflow management or other relevant field Alternatively, you may have an Associates Degree and 7 years of work experience, or no degree and 9 years of work experience

Professional experience in the federal sector is preferred but not required
