This role is integral to supporting various HR functions, including payroll processing, maintaining and updating the HRIS system, and managing the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Prioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlines.Monitor and promptly respond (within 24 hours) to all employee inquiries submitted through the HR and Recruiting department email distribution.Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.Review and when necessary, initiate orders for company uniforms.Support Employee Engagement projects and initiatives.Conduct and analyze employee surveys, presenting actionable insights to leadership.Provide administrative support in onboarding functions and HR-related miscellaneous duties.Occasionally hosting onboarding sessions. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience within Human Resources, Recruiting and Employee engagement & retention, Onboarding, and HR administration.Proven experience with Employee Engagement projects and initiatives.Experience conducting and analyzing employee surveys to drive organizational improvements.Familiarity with HR tools, with experience using ADP Workforce Now and JazzHR (preferred).Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations, onboarding best practices, and HR administration.Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.Acts as a subject matter expert and makes recommendations on how to improve process efficiency.
