Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating new hire orientations
Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Administering employee benefits programs and providing support with inquiries
Assisting with performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development plans
Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies
Handling employee relations matters and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Assisting with HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications for the HR Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Previous experience in HR administration or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of HRIS software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
