This is an onsite role Suwanee, GA. Position Overview for the HR Specialist: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Process all transactions in CLEAR applicant tracking system daily to include all activities for full cycle recruitment.
Responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the Applicant Tracking System as well as providing technical support.
Serve as assigned coordinator for specific positions and prepare interview materials.
Arrange interviews and logistics as needed.
Track status of background screenings and job offers to ensure they are completed and start dates are confirmed.
Prepare all communication with newly hired employees providing new hire materials, instructing on completing necessary forms, schedule of activities and answer questions.
Notify IT of new hires equipment needs.
Support bi-weekly new hire orientations and assist in the planning and logistics of 2-day new hire onboarding programs.
Prepare termination paperwork, notify appropriate functions, ensure company property is returned according to policy and procedure Partner with HRBP's to maintain training materials and train Company Management and new hires on the use of the Applicant Tracking system.
Ensure compliance of Company with the USCIS requirements regarding I-9s, E-Verify visas and work authorizations.
Prepare and distribute internal job postings.
Administrative Support Research and prepare special reports that may require statistical analysis and/or evaluation including IPM status, weekly talent and requisition status, temporary employee usage, exit interviews and others.
Reconciles Payroll report with Company organization chart monthly to ensure both are accurate.
Track compliance with license and insurance requirements for employees receiving auto allowance.
Ensure proper approval and process is followed for tuition reimbursement, spot bonus awards, employee changes and employment verifications.
Responsible for ADP transactions such as correcting employee timecards.
Other HR Support Assist with benefits administration, benefits events and annual open enrollment process.
Assist with HR related topics following company policies, guidelines and practices.
Actively participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives including surveys, action planning and aspects of employee communication.
Manage Company HR inbox.
Assist with the design and distribution of internal Human Resources company-wide communications.
Propose and implement process improvement strategies within the HR Department Coordinate HR sponsored events and initiatives.
Required Skills for the HR Specialist: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Bilingual, Spanish speaking, highly preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Human Resources with emphasis in Employment Procedures, Employee Relations, and HR systems required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) required.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System required, preferably Clear.
Working knowledge of state, federal, and wage laws pertaining to Human Resources preferred.
Experience using ADP Payroll/HR or similar system preferred.
Working knowledge in operating Talent Systems such as Success Factors preferred.
