Job Description: CE Functional Consultant
CRM Functional Consultant
Experience and Skills
Strong technical acumen and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE from both a functional and technical perspective
Minimum 3
years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms and views is a must
Strong understanding of Dynamics solution management, relationships, and ribbon customization
Clear understanding of Dynamics security model
Working knowledge of XRM Toolbox
Experience working with Agile methodologies, creating user stories, tasks, test cases, etc.
Commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE Platform
Skilled in languages like C#, TypeScript/JavaScript and tools like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for writing plugins and web resources
A detailed knowledge and understanding of all CE functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Contact/Case Management
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
