North American leader, specialized for more than 40 years in the manufacturing of architectural products, with more than 1500 employees, is looking to add a new Human Resources Partner to their team. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, with a strong dotted line with the Controller, the HR Partner will be supporting plant managers in different facilities such as Austintown, OH, Egg Harbor Township, NJ and Martinsville, VA. (occasional travel required)

General Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of a new payroll software (Ceridian)
Process payroll for U.S employees in three states
Support plant managers with regard to recruiting, work relations and performance management
Ensure that the hiring, orientation and onboarding processes are efficient and enable the company to attract, hire and retain talent
Monitor and maintain compliance with Federal and State regulatory rules
Provide employee support with questions regarding HR, policies and benefits
Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution and reconciling benefit statements
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and carry out compliance reporting and annual censuses
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
