This role is responsible for managing payroll, administering employee benefits, and providing HR support to ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellent employee experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR practices. Payroll Administration:Process and manage payroll for employees from different US projects, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.Coordinate with payroll vendors, HR, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in payments, tax filings, and record-keeping.Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings and year-end documentation (e.g., W-2s, 1099s).Handle payroll-related discrepancies, inquiries, and audits efficiently.Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax submissions, and local labor regulations.Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll and HRIS systems.Identify opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and employee satisfaction.Standardize global practices where feasible, respecting local variations.
