This role involves processing payroll accurately, managing workers' compensation claims, and overseeing HRIS updates, including status changes, promotions, and separations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining compliance and efficiency across HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Administration: Process payroll accurately and timely, including adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.Review timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.Ensure payroll compliance with tax laws and company policies.Workers' Compensation: Manage workers' compensation claims from filing to resolution.Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.Coordinate with employees, insurance carriers, and medical providers for seamless claims management.HRIS Administration: Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS system, including processing status changes, promotions, and separations.Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee information for payroll and benefits administration.What We Bring to the Table: No late nights!
