In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Installers, troubleshooting, diagnosing, verifying orders, and managing installs.
-The ideal candidate must be comfortable using blueprints and manuals to solve complex issues and ensure safe and efficient project completion.
Apply now to be part of our growing HVAC company!Responsibilities•Coordinate the operations, maintenance, and service repairs on HVAC systems.•Oversee the installation of new units and replacement parts.•Ensure work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines.•Conduct quality testing and inspections.•May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases.Qualifications•High School Diploma or equivalent.•Journeyman Certification Required: Must have completed an accredited journeyman program.•Proficient knowledge in pipefitting, Sheetmetal work, brazing, refrigerant line sets etc.•4 years of Journeyman experience.•3-5 years of experience as a Foreman.•Certification of AA Degree from an HVAC program.•Thorough knowledge of functional areas under supervision.
