This role includes managing phone calls, schedulingappointments, processing payments, and supporting the administrative team.Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.Assist with customer inquiries, mail distribution, and internal payroll.Maintain license renewals.Manage office supplies and maintain a presentable reception area.Provide general administrative support to the team.Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically.Accounting and payroll a plus.Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.Success Factors:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the HVAC industry.Experience in Service TitanStrong customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good time management and organizational skills.Ability to quickly resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.Experience and Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
