Hvac Service Manager

HVAC Service Manager  We are looking for an experienced HVAC supervisor or service technician who is ready for more responsibility in an office environment. This candidate needs to have a strong background in HVAC and possess leadership skills. They must be safety-minded and able to manage and supervise a team efficiently.
Job Responsibilities: Supports HVAC field technicians by providing technical advice and offering guidance when needed Provides oversight (to dispatch) in scheduling HVAC field technicians when needed Represents the company by serving as a direct customer contact, answering questions and addressing concerns Review work orders for accuracy and completion of work before billing is complete Management responsibilities for the service team such as hiring, training, directing, mentoring, reviews, rewards, and disciplines. Work with other departments to provide proper support as needed Ensure compliance with safety protocol Qualifications:

One to three years supervisory experience preferred Ten years of field experience Valid driver's license Business casual appearance EPA Type II (Preferred)
