Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IA (Inspection Authorization) Airplane Mechanic at Fundamentals Flight Training in Erie, PA. The IA Airplane Mechanic will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems, structures, and powerplants. Qualifications Aircraft Structures and Aircraft Systems skills PowerPlant and Aircraft Maintenance skills Experience working with a variety of aircraft Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity Ability to work independently and in a team FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic certification IA (Inspection Authorization) Airplane Mechanic certification is required
