Responsibilities UberEther seeks a creative self-starter to join our team as an ICAM Architect focused on zero trust and identity management. The successful candidate will align closely with UberEther's delivery teams and be accountable for strategic engagements. The ICAM Architect will work with the client to define strategic capabilities, augment and build road-maps, and associated patterns and blueprints. Interview customers, analyze data, requirements, and other components to formulate strategic plans and roadmapsInterface with all levels of government customers, contract team, and service partners as needed to create and complete core deliverablesWork with customers to understand their requirements and create effective ICAM solutions Create comprehensive strategic roadmaps for customer engagementsWork with team to develop implementable solution patterns, solution alternatives, and implementation contingency planningCollaborate and provide mentorship to junior staffWork with other architects and developers to ensure quality of design and adherence to best practicesCreate bleeding edge patterns for modern zero trust architecture–inclusive of networking, segmentation, identity management, data protection, intrusion detection, etc.Create and maintain technical documentation Qualifications Active Secret or Top Secret Security ClearanceA bachelor's in computer science, information systems or other related fields; or equivalent work experience10+ years of work experience as an engineer, architect, or consultant with a focus on zero trust patternsExperience with at least 3 ICAM products (Radiant Logic, Ping, Nok Nok, SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, ForgeRock)Well versed in methodologies such as the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Zachmann Framework, OWASP, and UML diagrammingDeep understanding of core zero trust network Expert knowledge in the fields of networking, intrusion detection, identity management, application securityDeep understanding of cloud capabilities for each area: Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Software-as-a-ServiceDeep understanding of DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture inclusive of DoD Networks, Architecture, Identity & Credential Access Mgmt (ICAM) stacksProven ability to architect and design complex effective ICAM solutionsSolid communication skills, both written and verbal Differentiators Secret clearance (or ability to obtain an interim Security clearance)Experience with Java Technologies: J2EE, JSP, ServletsExperience developing RESTful APIs and User InterfacesExperience with most common enterprise IAM, Networking, and Application Security toolsetsSecurity+ or higher Location This role is offered as a fully remote or hybrid position working out of our Sterling, VA office. Quarterly travel to the DC area is expected in the first year. Salary The base salary range for this position is between $160,000-$185,000 and varies based on experience.
