Title: IDMS, Database Administrator
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 hour days, OR Four (4) 10.5-Hour days - Remote work from home allowed occasionally
Salary: $110-115k/year

A mainframe, Computer Associates IDMS, IDMS database expert, Database Administrator, with COBOL programmer is required as full time employee
Critical Previous Experience

Database Administrator IDMS database expert COBOL Knowledge with IBM mainframes, , IBM Utilities, SQ4016 Production Support with JCL, Time Sharing Option (TSO) Database management sustainment Software Compliance and Sustainment Production Support and Sustainment Coding, testing, and implementing break-fixes for Program Trouble Reports (PTRs) Required Education & Years of Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science strongly preferred Will sponsor training for Security+ Certification, if candidates does not have it. Technical Certification preferred in Mainframe 10+ Years as Programmer, Coder, Developer, Software Remote work from home allowed occasionally Secret Security Clearance requires submission of paperwork Responsibilities Software Compliance and Sustainment Production Support and Sustainment Coding, testing, and implementing break-fixes for Program Trouble Reports (PTRs) Database management sustainment Ensuring production jobs for applications are set up, scheduled and run successfully Recommending software changes needed in ITIMP to support new versions Coding and testing ITIMP software changes Releasing changes and updates into production within established deadlines for compliance
