E11 Bio is on a mission to make single-cell brain circuit mapping a routine part of every neuroscientist's toolbox. E11 Bio is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic imaging data intern to help analyze data from our next-generation cellular barcoding technology for a neuroscience moonshot. You will help run the image processing and quality control pipeline while working closely with the computation and wet lab science teams.
\n ResponsibilitiesProcessing our microscopy imaging data using our internally developed pipelines and overseeing its successful execution.Performing QC on the produced results and perform manual interventions where needed.Occasionally performing annotation work involving image segmentation and semantic classification which you will be trained for as part of your onboarding.Working closely with wet lab and microscopy scientists to optimize data analysis and acquisition processesTroubleshooting problems and collaborating on improvements.Engaging in a culture of excellent documentation, preparation of reports, and presenting results internally and externally Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Nextflow, or other workflow scripting languages, is a plus, but the necessary skills can also be acquired as part of the on-boarding process.Previous experience using Fiji/ImageJ for image data analysis.Confidence working in the Linux terminal environmentPrior experience with the Python, Java and/or Groovy programming languages.
