The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing new business implementations. This role supports the ongoing needs of the business while ensuring best practices are implemented. This role is a high visibility customer facing position which requires acting as the primary point of contact during the implementation lifecycle.
\n Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toPrepare detailed project implementation plans, manage the plan, and prepare and implement programs while effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholdersIdentify potential issues/ risksProactively communicate project requirements to external and internal project teams as requiredPrioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicates status to team members, and senior managementPlan, lead and organize multiple projects and adhere to the business partner's expectationsDevelop project timelines and detailed work plansEnsure projects are implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirementsProvide customer warm handoff to field-based Territory Managers or Sales Directors when implementation is complete Ensure all customer information and communications are efficiently and consistently completed and documented in CRMEnsure a smooth transition to operations and sales post launchUpdate/ maintain the operations CRM, answer questions from other departments and research contractsEmbody the Mom's Meals core values – Teamwork, Relentlessly Dependable, Appreciation & Respect, Innovation & Constant Improvement and Delivering Excellence Required Skills and ExperienceHigh school Diploma or GED with 5 years of healthcare experience and/or project management experience (OR) applicable Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in Healthcare Provider Relations, Account Management, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or other relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaborativelyExcellent communication and presentation skillsRequired skills: Strong Microsoft office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication and organizations skillsAbility to adapt to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to meet deadlines and implement prioritization skills Preferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in healthcare related fieldExperience supporting customer service engagements remotely2 years of healthcare experience in long term/managed care, home health, hospital or medical equipmentExperience with CRM, Salesforce, or similar softwareExperience working with billing claims and authorizationsPrevious knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programsExperience with Smartsheet and/ or other project management software Physical RequirementsRepetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingersSedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periodsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
